化工粉碎机采用互相串联的两套转子，将物料通过输送机输送至化工粉碎机的入料口，物料在粉碎腔里面经过上级转子击碎的物料立即进入飞速旋转的下级转子的锤头再次细碎，粉碎腔里面的物料飞速碰撞，相互粉碎，形成锤粉料，料粉碎的效果，然后直接从卸料口直接卸出，形成了出料粒度小于3毫米的物料颗粒。
二、没有筛网篦底，高湿物料，绝不堵塞
该化工粉碎机具有破碎比大，效率高，适用性强等特点，且该化工粉碎机设计没有筛网篦底，对物料含水率没有任何的要求，完全不存在糊堵筛板的问题，更不存在物料不能及时排出，重复粉碎的问题，故粉碎效率高，也不存在锤头无效磨损现象。
三、耐磨组合锤头
化工粉碎机的锤头完全用火车轮锻造锻打，然后锤头在经热处理加工，增强了耐磨性与韧性。更加适用于不同硬度物料的耐磨强度。
四、独特的移位调隙技术
化工粉碎机的锤头磨损后不需修复，移动位置可以重复使用，一副锤头可顶三幅锤头使用。
五、液压电动启动机壳
用电动油泵操作，启开封闭随意控制，换向油阀，改变了以前手压泵无法会拉的重大安全隐患，使用户在使用过程和维修过程中更加安全。
六、本化工粉碎机转子盘全部经过热处理，使转子盘的耐磨寿命大大提高，改变了以前转子盘维修难，不经耐磨的重大缺陷。
轴承盒全部是用铸钢件制造，每个轴盒用四条螺丝固定。改变以前一代产品因为螺丝松动造成轴承盒磨损的重大安全隐患。使同样的设备更科学，更适用。
